Interfaith Empowerment Symposium

Tuesday, April 29, 2025 | 9:00 am – 1:00 pm

The Baltimore Convention Center, 1 W. Pratt Street, Baltimore, MD 21201

Mayor Brandon Scott’s Office of Community Affairs (MOCA) invites you to be a guest at the Interfaith Empowerment Symposium. Our theme for this year is “Bridging the Gap Between Faith & Community.” This Symposium is being held as a gesture of appreciation for our Faith Leaders, as well as an opportunity to discuss partnership opportunities across associations and provide resources on further strengthening your organization’s capacity.

The Interfaith Empowerment Symposium will include representatives from numerous City Agencies. All representatives will share the resources they offer to places of worship. We encourage you to bring an Associate Leader and/or your spouse. We look forward to your being in attendance.

MOCA’s Faith Outreach Liaisons: The Faith Outreach Team works with Baltimore’s large and diverse faith communities. They are tasked with supporting faith institutions in their work across city neighborhoods. This team recognizes the critical role faith institutions play as community pillars across all neighborhoods in the City.

Participation is by invitation only. Each guest must register separately.
